  • 1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch.
  3. In one bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, drizzle olive oil over the chicken.
  4. Coat each chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
  5. Place breaded chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Once cooked through, add marinara sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Return to air fryer for an additional 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted.
