  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • 2 cups Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, ground ginger, and honey (if using).
  3. Season chicken with salt and pepper then coat with the marinade.
  4. Place chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), flipping halfway.
  5. Toss Brussels sprouts in olive oil, salt, and pepper; add to air fryer during the last 8-10 minutes of cooking.
  6. Let chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving with the Brussels sprouts.
