Ingredients

Scale
  • 15 oz center cut boneless beef chops
  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons warm water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Season both sides of the beef chops with salt and pepper. In a bowl, mix together melted butter, minced garlic, honey, warm water, salt, apple cider vinegar, and cayenne pepper to create the honey garlic sauce.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a cast-iron skillet over high heat. Add seasoned beef chops and cook undisturbed for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Push the chops aside in the skillet. Add remaining butter and sauté garlic until fragrant before pouring in the prepared honey garlic sauce. Stir occasionally until sauce thickens.
  4. Spoon the sauce over the beef chops before serving and garnish with chopped parsley.
