  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream (240 ml)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish
