  • 6 ounces fresh raspberries
  • 16 ounces fresh strawberries (hulled and sliced)
  • 2 ripe peaches (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup peach juice or pineapple juice
  • Ginger ale or soda water for topping

Instructions

  1. Wash all the fruits thoroughly, slice the peaches, hull and slice the strawberries, then combine them in a large pitcher.
  2. Add peach juice and gently stir to mix all ingredients.
  3. Cover the pitcher and chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours to let flavors meld.
  4. Just before serving, top with ginger ale or soda water for fizz and garnish with extra fruit slices.
