  • 1 large onion, finely diced
  • 2 cups celery, finely chopped (about 34 stalks)

  • 1 tbsp rosemary, finely chopped
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken or vegetable broth
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cube bread and toast on a baking sheet for 10-15 minutes until slightly crispy.
