  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder

  2. Cook rice according to package instructions until tender.
