  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about pounds), sliced in half horizontally
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ cup dill pickle ranch dressing
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 3 tablespoons plain breadcrumbs
  • Fresh dill for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with the spice mixture on all sides.
  3. In another bowl, combine the dill pickle ranch dressing with ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese and spread it over each chicken breast.
  4. In a third bowl, mix the remaining Parmesan cheese with plain breadcrumbs and sprinkle over the coated chicken.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for about 8-10 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached.
  6. Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh dill.
