  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ small red onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 ½ cups cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • ½ cup Kalamata olives (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • ½ cup feta cheese (crumbled)
  • Fresh basil (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve some pasta water before draining.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped red onion; sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in cherry tomatoes and Kalamata olives; cook until tomatoes soften.
  4. Add lemon juice, zest, oregano, salt, and pepper; stir well.
  5. Combine cooked pasta with the sauce and crumbled feta. Mix in reserved pasta water as needed for desired consistency.
