  • 1 pound uncooked spaghetti
  • 1 pound ground turkey or chicken
  • 1/2 medium onion (chopped)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 (24 ounce) jars marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 8 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil, salt & pepper, and dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese, ricotta cheese, grated parmesan, garlic powder, and oregano until smooth.
  3. Boil salted water and cook spaghetti for two minutes less than package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  4. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground turkey with chopped onion until browned. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  5. Combine the cooked meat mixture with spaghetti and marinara sauce in the pot.
  6. Layer half of the pasta mixture in a greased baking dish, spread the cheese mixture on top, then add the remaining pasta layer.
  7. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top and cover with foil.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes; remove foil and broil for an additional few minutes until bubbly.
  9. Allow to cool for five minutes before serving.
