  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
  • Granulated sugar, for rolling

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, combine butter, cream cheese, pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, and pumpkin pie spice. Stir constantly until thickened.
  2. Mix in graham cracker crumbs and white chocolate chips until melted.
  3. Pour mixture onto a greased baking sheet and refrigerate until firm (about 2 hours).
  4. Roll chilled mixture into small balls using buttered hands.
  5. Roll each truffle in granulated sugar until coated.
  6. Add chocolate chips on top for decoration.
