  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 can (15 oz) pure pumpkin
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray a 9-inch tart pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt. Add melted butter and mix until crumbly.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of the tart pan. Bake for 10 minutes and cool for 10 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, whisk pumpkin, condensed milk, egg, spice, and salt until smooth.
  5. Pour filling into cooled crust and bake at 425°F for another 10 minutes, then reduce to 350°F and bake for an additional 25-30 minutes until set.
  6. Let cool for at least one hour before serving.
