  • 10 oz frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
  • 8 oz jar artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1214 wonton wrappers
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Press each wonton wrapper into a muffin tin cup and lightly spray with cooking spray. Bake for 5 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, mix spinach, artichokes, mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and minced garlic until well combined.
  4. Spoon the filling into each wonton cup generously.
  5. Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
